No matter who you are, or what you are looking to do with your individualized training, we can find a plan and system that works best for you. Amanda works with all ages, genders, current fitness levels, and weekly schedules. There is nothing more important than investing in your health!
Fitness Coaching: 1:1 sessions are personalized and designed specifically to meet your fitness goals (Increased stamina, weight loss, increased strength, lifestyle, etc). All workouts are shared with the client at the end of each session to use on their own in the future. Amanda will give each new client a free 30 minute virtual consultation to review goals and previous exercise experience. Training sessions can be held in your personal gym/workout facility or virtually, and prices vary based on cadence per week, location, number of clients in each session, etc.
Nutrition Coaching: Amanda can add an additional service onto your weekly fitness regime to help you make behavioral changes in your nutrition habits. She will evaluate your current eating patterns and habits and work together to come up with the best strategies for you. Weekly checks ins and guidance will be given.
About Amanda:
Originally from New Jersey, Amanda grew up competitively dancing for over ten years. She received her bachelors degree from the University of Michigan in Exercise Science. She moved to Nashville, TN in 2020 and has been loving the Nashville fitness scene ever since. Amanda has received both her Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She is super passionate about helping others have an active lifestyle and look and feel their best. Amanda also works in the group fitness space, previously having coached at the AKT Belle Meade, and currently coaching at Shed Fitness in Germantown. She has also run in the 2023 Chicago Marathon, and enjoys hot yoga on top of her typical workout routines.
